Terms of Service

Agreement

By using RevivalOps services, you agree to these terms. RevivalOps (operated by MN Ventures — Sweden).

Full legal details: Provided on invoice + signed agreement pack, or on request for procurement.

Services

RevivalOps provides dormant CRM review and related delivery services. The current public site is a limited manual-review entry point. Work starts through case review, then written scope by email or an invoice path depending on the engagement. Specific deliverables, timing, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing for the chosen path.

Payment

  • Current public path: manual review first. If the case is selected, next step is written scope by email or invoice depending on the engagement.
  • Where the paid Revival Audit path is used, the fee is €497 (ex-VAT) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Split-pay is available only for larger scoped engagements when agreed in writing.
  • Payment terms: Net 7 unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

  • Paid Audit path: delivered within 48–72 hours after payment clears and intake is complete.
  • Manual / written-scope path: delivery timing is confirmed once intake is complete for your path, as stated in your written scope or agreement.
  • Intake completion: required brief, CRM export, suppression inputs, and any path-specific prerequisites received.
  • If we miss the delivery window for reasons under our control, we apply a 20% credit to the next engagement.
  • No outcome guarantees. We guarantee the process (delivery window, assets). We do not guarantee replies, bookings, or revenue.

Audit credit

When your engagement uses the paid €497 Audit path, that Audit is credited in full to a Pilot started within 14 days of invoice date (account credit, not cash).

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate CRM exports and intake information.
  • Approve messaging before execution (you approve every word).
  • Ensure you have the right to share contact data with us (GDPR compliance).

Intellectual property

Deliverables (Scorecard, Top-50, Message Kit, Booking Kit) are yours to keep. Our methodology, templates, and internal tools remain our property.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
