RevivalOps

Private CRM Intelligence · EU/UK B2B services · bounded CRM export path

Know which dormant CRM records to revive — and which to leave.

Your CRM manages the pipeline you have. This recovers the pipeline you forgot.

Dormant records are not equal. Some are worth reviving. Some need repair. Some should stay untouched — and knowing which is which is the whole job.

RevivalOps runs a bounded Revival Audit and returns a static Private CRM Intelligence Workspace Snapshot: route decisions, evidence receipts, risk/repair logic, and recommended next actions. Written scope, intake, export-path, and payment gates come first. We are not built to send — there is no connector on the baseline path and nothing in the delivered artifact can contact anyone.

Request written scope · Inspect Workspace Preview

Written scope is confirmed by email before payment and before any CRM export is reviewed.

  • EUR 497 ex VAT · one invoice · no subscription
  • 48–72h after the full written scope, intake, export-path, and payment gates are complete
  • One bounded export (a filtered CSV) · five minutes, not an IT project
  • No mandatory sales call · no outcome guarantees

Synthetic Workspace Preview

How export becomes a work queue.

1,847 dormant contacts. One cited verdict each.

EUR 867,600 cited across 35 of 40 records · read from export fields

The working set condenses into ranked route decisions — what a route decision is, exactly, in the next section — and lands in the delivered register below.

How it works

A bounded export becomes route decisions — not a software rollout.

Closest thing to it is a building survey. You own the building and can walk around it any time — you still pay someone to tell you what is actually wrong, because they know what to look at and the report is the thing you act on. The surveyor does not fix the roof.

RevivalOps reviews an agreed working set and returns a controlled, cited artifact.

01 · Working set — Dormant CRM records with enough context to judge.
RevivalOps reviews the agreed export fields and the commercial context confirmed in written scope — not an open-ended tenant or live connector.
02 · Route logic — Each record is assigned a route decision.
A route decision is one of five calls — revive, repair, suppress, investigate, or hold — tied to evidence receipts and risk/repair blockers where the fields support it.
03 · Operator pass — A person writes the opening move for each workable record.
Routing is deterministic — the same rules, every book, no scoring model. The judgment is the sentence written against each revive and repair record saying what to actually do about it, anchored to the evidence on that record. This is the step the delivery window is for.
04 · Artifact return — You receive a static Workspace Snapshot.
The Private CRM Intelligence Workspace Snapshot contains cited route decisions, evidence receipts, risk/repair logic, recommended next actions, and guided operator walkthrough notes.
05 · Boundary — The Audit diagnoses before anyone sends.
No CRM writes, no included activation, no standing connector for the baseline path, and no outcome guarantee. The next action is written scope.

The flow is administrative before it is analytical. Payment and scope gates precede any export review.

06 · Request written scope for the Workspace Snapshot
Email scope details. If the case fits, RevivalOps confirms the working set, transfer path, and gates before payment or export review.
07 · Full gates complete
Delivery timing starts only after the full written scope, intake, export-path, and payment gates are complete — as confirmed in scope.
08 · Send the bounded export
No connector required for the baseline path; the first paid step uses an agreed bounded export through an approved transfer path.
09 · Receive the diagnostic and decide
RevivalOps returns the static Private CRM Intelligence Workspace Snapshot: cited route decisions, risk/repair blockers, reviewer recommendation, and next-step guidance.

The honest objection

Why not just do this inside HubSpot or Pipedrive?

For part of it, you can — any CRM can filter for last activity over twelve months and sort by value. What it will not tell you is which of those records carry a written instruction not to contact them, which ones have broken owner or deliverability fields that would burn a domain, or what to say to the rest given what already happened on the thread. Those are reads, not filters. And the honest version of the argument: most teams have had that list available for two years and have not worked it.

On the synthetic working set above, 14 records come back workable. Once you know which 14, working them is roughly one afternoon of your team's time. Knowing which 14 is the EUR 497.

“There are agencies that will audit my CRM for free.”

There are, and you should know why it is free. A free audit is the front half of a remediation contract — the party writing the findings is the party quoting to fix them, and the findings tend to reflect that. RevivalOps does not do remediation on the record set it diagnosed. That is what the EUR 497 buys: a read you can act on without checking whose interest it serves.

Accountable structured review, not a handoff queue.

The working set, diagnostic path, and delivery posture are reviewed directly. Capacity stays capped because the value is judgment under constraints — not throughput theater.

“I run the Audit directly. The work stays small because the diagnostic depends on judgment: bounded export, cited findings, structured review, and no activation unless separately scoped.”

— Hampus, RevivalOps

  • 01 — One accountable reviewer — named, not rotated.
  • 02 — Capacity is capped at 2 audits in flight at a time.
  • 03 — Written scope confirmed before any export moves.

Data boundary

Small export. Cited review. No hidden action.

Constraints are the trust features: no connector by default, no auto-send, no generic AI output.

NO ACTIONS — No CRM writes or sends
The Audit diagnoses. It cannot execute outreach, write back to CRM, or imply a live automation engine.
INPUT — Bounded CRM export
The first paid step uses an agreed working set and minimum viable fields. No standing connector is required for the baseline path.
HANDLING — Tiered field access
Access is declared in three tiers — structured fields, relationship metadata, free text. You can withhold a tier; the routing that costs is stated before scope is confirmed. Raw exports are never treated as generic model input.
REVIEW — Cited signals plus reviewer judgment
Recommendations point back to CRM fields or observable signals. Findings are reviewed before delivery.

Where your data goes, step by step

Procurement

Data handling for procurement-minded buyers.

How exports are scoped, transferred, and retired.

Where personal data is involved, customer-side responsibility and DPA posture should be confirmed for your org’s procurement rules — not inferred from a marketing preview.

SCOPE — Agreed in writing before transfer
Working set, field list, and approved transfer path are confirmed before any CRM export moves.
TRANSFER — Approved path only
Exports move through the path confirmed during intake — not ad-hoc channels.
RETENTION — Deleted on completion, confirmed in writing
Your export is deleted or returned when the Snapshot is delivered, and you receive written confirmation that it happened. You do not have to ask for it.
DPA — Procurement documents before payment
Ask for the DPA and the processing description before scope is confirmed. That is the intended order, not a concession — and it is available on request at any point.

Private CRM Intelligence Workspace Snapshot

A bounded diagnostic. One invoice. Delivered as a Workspace Snapshot.

No subscription. No surprise activation. The Audit diagnoses; activation is separately scoped.

Founding-cohort rate · list EUR 750 after the founding staircase.

Bounded diagnostic · one invoice · no subscription · no mandatory sales call.

Audit credit

The EUR 497 Audit fee is credited in full toward a Standard CRM Remediation Sprint or Pilot started within 14 days of Snapshot delivery, or 21 days of the invoice date, whichever is later — account credit, not cash.

What you receive

  • Cited work queue: revive, repair, suppress, investigate, or hold
  • Risk / repair map with field-level citations where supported
  • Reviewer recommendation: hold, repair, or continue later
  • Guided walkthrough of the diagnostic output (notes inside the Snapshot — no call required)

Delivered as Private CRM Intelligence Workspace Snapshot — PDF/CSV only as fallback exports, not the product promise

  • Up to 120 records selected from the source export, and field list
  • Bounded export via agreed path

RevivalOps returns

  • Cited queue for the working set
  • Risk / repair map
  • Reviewer recommendation + walkthrough

You keep control of

  • CRM access and send authority
  • Activation decision — The Audit diagnoses; activation is separately scoped.
  • Your data in your systems

What comes after the Audit

The Audit stands alone as the diagnosis. If you continue, the next rung changes category: separately scoped execution, not more diagnostic views.

Standard CRM Remediation Sprint — Requires separate written scope
A contained repair path when the diagnostic routes to repair before activation: one CRM source, a bounded field set, a deterministic repair workbook. No activation execution.
Full Pilot — Requires separate written scope
A separately scoped 30-day assist-led execution sprint for broader activation.

If the case doesn't fit

Scope is confirmed in writing before payment. If RevivalOps cannot confirm fit after intake, no invoice is issued. If a clear misfit surfaces after payment clears, scope is renegotiated in writing before any export is reviewed. You do not pay for confusion.

This Audit is for: operators with dormant contacts worth diagnosing.

  • Exportable CRM — bounded working set available
  • Contacts dormant long enough to require triage, not guesses
  • B2B pipeline context (not consumer blast lists)
  • Someone accountable who can act on diagnostic output
  • Comfortable confirming scope by email before payment

Not a fit if: you need hidden automation or guaranteed outcomes.

  • You want sends executed — the audit diagnoses; activation is separately scoped.
  • You require a standing CRM sync as part of baseline scope
  • You want guaranteed revival outcomes
  • You need same-day turnaround without intake gates

FAQ

Questions before you request written scope.

Access, timing, proof, activation, and procurement posture.

Do you need full CRM access?

No. The baseline path is built around a bounded export and minimum viable fields — no standing connector is required. A separate, read-only connector lane can be agreed in writing for invited design partners.

When does delivery timing start?

Only after the gates stated in written scope — the full written scope, intake, export-path, and payment gates must be complete. No single gate alone starts the clock. Delivery is 48-72h from that point.

What if the CRM export is messy or incomplete?

If the agreed export is incomplete, corrupt, or outside the confirmed field scope, the intake gate pauses until the export path is corrected.

Is the preview using my CRM data?

No. The Synthetic Workspace Preview uses illustrative records to show structure — not your tenant data, not client proof, not performance claims.

Where is my data processed?

On EU operator hardware. Your export is reviewed locally on the operator’s own machine in Sweden — it is not passed to a general-purpose model service, and no third party is given access to the records to produce your findings. The delivered Snapshot’s hosting and retention are stated in the DPA before you send anything.

Can I see a DPA before I commit?

Yes, and before scope is confirmed rather than after payment. Ask and you get the DPA and the processing description to check against your own procurement rules. If they do not clear, nothing has moved and no invoice exists.

Does the Audit include activation?

No. The Audit diagnoses; activation is separately scoped.

Who runs the work?

Run by Hampus at RevivalOps (operated by MN Ventures), Sweden. Direct email: hello@revivalops.com.

Is this a compliance certification?

No. It is a commercial CRM diagnostic bounded by agreed export scope — not SOC 2 / ISO certification language.

There are agencies that will audit my CRM for free — why pay?

There are, and you should know why it is free. A free audit is the front half of a remediation contract — the party writing the findings is the party quoting to fix them, and the findings tend to reflect that. RevivalOps does not do remediation on the record set it diagnosed. That is what the EUR 497 buys: a read you can act on without checking whose interest it serves.
