Public template + signing path
This page is the public DPA template preview for procurement review. It covers scope, roles, subprocessors, security measures, transfer mechanism, and breach notification approach.
When processing applies, the signed DPA is provided in the signed agreement pack with counterparty-specific legal fields completed.
Procurement or legal questions: hello@revivalops.com.
What the DPA covers
- Scope: processing of personal data you share with us (CRM exports, contact lists).
- Role: you are the data controller; RevivalOps acts as data processor.
- Duration: for the duration of the engagement plus a defined retention period.
- Subprocessors: listed in the DPA and on our Subprocessors page.
- Security measures: technical and organisational measures as described in our Security page.
- Data subject rights: we assist you in responding to data subject requests.
- Breach notification: we notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach.
Standard Contractual Clauses
Where data transfers outside the EEA are necessary, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the transfer mechanism.
