Full legal details: Provided on invoice + signed agreement pack, or on request for procurement.

Our approach to GDPR

We process personal data in line with GDPR. Concrete posture:

  • Legal basis: contract (delivery of services), legitimate interest (website security/ops), consent for marketing where you have opted in. See Legal basis below.
  • DPA: we offer a Data Processing Agreement for client data; processing under DPA when you are a customer. See DPA.
  • Retention: engagement plus a defined period for support and legal hold; CRM data deleted or returned after project completion per your DPA. See Data retention below.
  • Your rights: access, correct, delete, port, object, withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise. See Your rights below.

What data we collect

  • Contact information: name, email address, company name (provided when you book a call or contact us).
  • CRM exports: contact lists you share with us for the audit (processed under a DPA when applicable).
  • Website logs: basic server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) processed by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not run third-party tracking analytics on this site.

How we use your data

  • To deliver the Revival Audit and related services.
  • To communicate with you about your project.
  • To improve our services (aggregated, non-personal insights).

Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Contract: processing necessary to deliver services you've requested.
  • Legitimate interest: operating and securing our website (e.g., abuse prevention, reliability).
  • Consent: for marketing communications where you have opted in.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to deliver the engagement and support it. Default windows (unless your DPA says otherwise):

  • Raw CRM exports: deleted or returned within 30 days after pack delivery.
  • Pack artifacts: retained up to 90 days for support, then deleted.
  • Earlier deletion: available on request.
  • Billing records: retained as required by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@revivalops.com to exercise these rights.

Subprocessors

We use a limited set of subprocessors to deliver our services. See our Subprocessors page for the current list.

Analytics and tracking

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking on this website. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools. No profiling, no cross-site tracking.

We run first-party, aggregate event counters on selected public pages (homepage, intake, sample pages, and process receipts) to improve navigation and conversion flow. Events are logged on our own domain and exclude form content or customer PII.

Do Not Track is honored. If your browser signals DNT, client-side event counters do not send events.

Fit-check answers on /intake.html are used only to route you and are not stored by our first-party metrics endpoint. A best-effort aggregate submit event may still be logged.

Our hosting provider may collect basic server logs (e.g. IP, user agent, path) for security and operations. We do not use logs for ad targeting or cross-site profiling. If our analytics posture changes, we update this policy first and obtain consent where required.

Cookies

We use essential and functional cookies only. No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking cookies.

  • Essential cookies: required for site functionality (session, security).
  • Functional cookies: used by our scheduling provider (Cal.com (served on cal.eu)) on the scheduling page to enable booking.

When you click “Continue to calendar”, you are redirected to Cal.com (served on cal.eu). See our Subprocessors page for details.
