What we monitor
We track availability of the components that affect your use of RevivalOps: website, booking (scheduling), email delivery, and payments (invoicing). We do not publish uptime percentages unless we measure and report them; this page is updated when we know of an issue or resolution.
How we communicate incidents
- We update this page when we detect or resolve an incident affecting any monitored component.
- For active incidents we post a short, human-readable summary (e.g. “Email delays in EU region”, “Booking links temporarily unavailable”).
- We notify affected customers by email when an incident impacts delivery or access; we provide updates until resolved.
- Planned maintenance (if any) is announced in advance on this page and, where relevant, by email.
Incident history
